摘    要:针对轻视教辅工作的现状及原因,提出了教辅人员通过主动提升自我、创造性地完成工作任务来纠正认识误区的正确途径,并从教学任务管理、教学档案管理、承担辅助教学任务、其他教学管理工作等方面入手,分析了重视教研室教学管理各个环节的意义,提出了不断学习、不断进取、保持与时代同步是创造性地完成教辅工作、不断提高教学质量的关键。

Abstract:aiming at the status and reasons of despising teaching auxiliary work, this paper has indicated the fight way tbr correcting the cognition mistakes by teaching auxiliary staff promoting themselves initiatively and fulfilling teaching auxiliary tasks creatively. It has also analyzed the component elements of the teaching management such as tasks management, archives management, auxiliary teaching tasks and other works of the teaching and research section.. It has pointed out the key of fulfilling teaching auxiliary tasks and raising teaching quality is that the teaching auxiliary staff should study and get progress unceasingly,
