主动提升自我创造性地完成教辅工作

针对轻视教辅工作的现状及原因，提出了教辅人员通过主动提升自我、创造性地完成工作任务来纠正认识误区的正确途径，并从教学任务管理、教学档案管理、承担辅助教学任务、其他教学管理工作等方面入手，分析了重视教研室教学管理各个环节的意义，提出了不断学习、不断进取、保持与时代同步是创造性地完成教辅工作、不断提高教学质量的关键。
