| 摘 要： | 目的介绍镶嵌式舌黏膜补片用于复发的复杂型尿道狭窄尿道成形术的围手术期配合及护理经验。方法回顾分析1例舌黏膜补片替代修补治疗复发复杂性尿道狭窄的围手术期护理配合要点并对该患者进行随访。结果该例舌黏膜补片替代尿道黏膜手术效果满意,术后随访7个月,无尿失禁及尿道狭窄复发。结论术前做好患者的心理护理和口腔护理,术中严格的无菌管理及与术者的密切配合是手术成功的关键。
