东营市区脂肪肝患病率及相关危险因素调查分析

目的探讨东营市区脂肪肝发生的危险因素及流行病学调查的筛查方法。方法对2008年在东营区人民医院体检中心进行体检的5613名体检资料,内容包括体重指数、血压、血糖、血脂、血尿酸、B超等进行统计、对比分析。结果东营市脂肪肝患病率为30.16%,男性患病率39.11%高于女性14.19%。脂肪肝患病率随着年龄增长呈上升趋势。结论东营市脂肪肝患病率高于其他城市统计的数据,应普及健康教育、行为干预等措施,指导市民健康的生活。

Analysis of health education of diabetes in communities in Dongying

Objective: To sum up our experience in health education of diabetes in communities and promote diabetes ’tertiary prevention’.Methods: Patients diagnosed with diabetes in appointed communities were chosen for the work and a questionnaire was used to find out their basic knowledge on diabetes.After that,patients were educated of systematic health knowledge and were treated with ’five-carriages’ intervention on diabetes prevention.After one year of practice,the same questionnaire was used again.The intervention was analyzed.Results: Health education of diabetes in communities playes an important role in ealier detection of diabetes,complications prevention,reduction in morbidity and mortality and improvement in patients’ life quality.Conclusion:Health education of diabetes in communities is very important in diabetes ’tertiary prevention’,which should be spread.
