| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾输尿管上段结石的经验,提高手术技巧。方法对186例超声引导下微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾输尿管上段结石患者手术时间、失血量、结石清除率等资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果所有患者成功建立18 F通道并进行气压弹道碎石取石,平均手术时间68 min,平均出血70 ml,18例行II期碎石。术后复查KUB、超声,总净石率90.32%。5例残留结石配合体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治愈。未出现气胸、肠道损伤等并发症。结论超声引导下建立微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾输尿管上段结石安全、有效,定位准确,可替代X线定位。
