急性乙型肝炎e系统动态及与其它HBV标志关系的研究

以SPDP-ELISA检测38例HBsAg阳性急性乙型肝炎病人的e系统,检出率为97.7％。13例HBsAg阴性、抗-HBc IgM阳性急性乙肝e系统检出率为23.1％。慢性乙肝e系统检出率为95.5％。发病后半年内抗-HBe阳转4例,有3种类型。并发现HBeAg与抗-HBc IgM阳性,高滴度HBsAg、HBV-DNA阳性、ALT异常有关,均属HBV复制标志。

Relationship between Dynamics of HBeAg and Anti-HBe in Acute Hepatitis B and Other Serol-ogical HBV Markers

HBeAg and anti-HBe of 38 cases with HBsAg positive acute hepatitis were detected by SPDP-ELISA. Thirty-four of these cases (89.5% ) were HBeAg positive, two ( 5.3% ) anti-HBe positive and two ( 5.3% ) HBeAg and anti-HBe negative. Four ( 11.8% ) of 34 HBeAg positive patients appeared seroconversion 1-4 months after the onset. There were three types of antiHBe : in the first type, HBeAg and anti-HBe appeared to be superimposed in a short perio in the second type, only anti-HBe was detected; in the third type) anti-HBe appeared through an "e window" after the disappearance of HBeAg. HBeAg were found in 36 of 38 anti-HBe IgM positive patients. The detection of HBeAg was positively correted with the titer of HBsAg. Ten of is HBeAg positive patients were HBV-DNA positive. In the patients with persistent HBeAg, ALT slowly dropped more than that in those whowere HBeAg negative. The results show that HBeAg is related to anti-HBe IgM positive, high titer of HBsAg, HBV-DNA Positive and abnormal ALT and that the Persistence of HBeAg tends to be chroaic.
