| 摘 要： | 肺大细胞神经内分泌肿瘤是非小细胞肺癌中的一种较罕见的亚型。长期以来，因其发病率低，生物学行为特殊，其定义和诊断缺乏共识。流行病学特性所知甚少，治疗缺乏针对性措施，疗效亦不尽人意。现对近年来肺大细胞神经内分泌肿瘤国内外研究进展以及临床诊断和治疗新观点进行综述。

| Abstract: | Large cell neuroendocrine lung cancer（LCNEC） is the rare subtype of non-small cell lung cancer. Because of its low incidence rate and the special biological behaviour, it is hard to define in pathology. And we also know little about its epidemiological feature and the purposeful therapy view of LCNEC, and the therapeutic effect is unsatisfactory. This article will review and introduce the advance of research, clinical diagnosis and therapeutic of the LCNEC. |
