| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颅内肿瘤患儿的术后护理,及时发现、处理存在的护理问题,以提高护理质量。方法:对2003年5月~2005年5月颅内肿瘤患儿的病历资料进行分析总结。结果:颅内肿瘤患儿术后主要的护理要点有:气管插管的管理、误吸、气道不畅、高热、继发性颅内出血、肺部感染、尿崩症等的观察与护理。结论:准确及时观察病情变化,做好预见性护理,可减少和防止护理并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective :Probe into the main point of nursing fo r children patients w ith cranial tumour, found out nursing problems ,so as to improve the quality of nursing .Method: Summarized and analysied the patient's datas during May 2003 to May 2005.Result :The nursing main point after operation for patients were :do w ell the management of tracheo tube ,the mistake absorb ,airway obstruction ,high fever ,succedent cranial hemorrhage ,lung infection and urine collapses were ob served .Conclusion: To observe the changes of disease in time and do well predic ability nursing could reduce and prevent the occur of nursing complications . |
