哮喘发作期大鼠体内肺表面活性物质功能及含量的变化

摘    要:目的观察哮喘大鼠BALF中肺表面活性物质(PS)的功能和各磷脂组分含量的变化.方法设立正常对照组和哮喘模型组,建立大鼠哮喘模型,检测BALF中表面张力、磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰肌醇和磷脂酰丝氨酸的含量.结果两组中的表面张力(Nn/m)、磷脂酰胆碱(g/L)、磷脂酰肌醇(g/L)和磷脂酰丝氨酸(g/L)的测定结果分别为,正常对照组60.508±1.327,7.437±0.736,0.382±0.032,0.262±0.041,65.151±1.791,6.184±0.465,0.377±0.045和0.255±0.039.哮喘模型组BALF中表面张力明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),磷脂酰胆碱含量低于正常对照组(P<0.01),两者呈负相关,磷脂酰肌醇和磷脂酰丝氨酸与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05).结论哮喘发作期大鼠体内存在PS功能和磷脂含量的异常.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the functional and phospholipid compositional changes of pulmonary surfactant in rat asthma model. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal control group and model group. After the rat asthma model was established, bronehoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was obtained to examine the surface tension and phospholipid compositions of PS. Results: The surface tension (nN/m), phosphatidylcholine (g/L), phosophatidylinositol (g/L) and phosophatidylserine (g/L) levels in two groups were as follows: normal control group 60.508+1.327, 7.437±0.736, 0.382±0.032, 0.262+0.041,respectively; model group 65.151+1.791, 6.184±0.465, 0.377±0.045, 0.255±0.039, respectively. The surface tension in model group was significantly increased compared with the one in normal control group (P<0.01), while the phosphatidylcholine levels were significantly lower in model group than that in normal control group (P<0.01). There was negative correlation between the surface tension and phosphatidylcholine levels. However, there was no remarkable difference on the phosophatidylinositol and phosophatidylserine levels in the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusions:The changes of suffactant function and phospholipid composition occur during an asthmatic attack.
