| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者血清中心肌钙蛋白Ｉ（ＣＴｎＩ）含量测定的临床价值。方法：用放射免疫分析法（ＲＩＡ）测定３７例老年及老年前期Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者及３０例健康老年人血清甲状腺素（Ｔ４）、三碘腺原氨酸（Ｔ３）、促甲状腺素（ＴＳＨ）、游离Ｔ３（ＦＴ３）、游离Ｔ４（ＦＴ４）及ＣＴｎＩ的含量。结果：观察组患者血清ＣＴｎＩ含量显著高于对照组；观察组年龄与ＣＴｎＩ含量之间无显著相关性。观察组患者缓解

| Abstract: | To study the correlation between the concentration of serum cardiac troponin I (CTnI) and progress of cardiac injury in elderly patients with Graves' disease, 37 Graves disease patients and 30 health control were selected as test subjects. The serum levels of T3,T4,TSH, CTnI, free-triiodo thyronine(FT3) and free-thyroxine(FT4)were measured with radioim-munoassay(RIA). The serum concentraition of CTnI in patients with Graves' disease were significantly higher than those of the controls. No correlation could be demonstrated between the levels of CTnI and age (r = 0.1026, p>0.05). Serum concentrtion of CTnI increased with progress of disease, but decreased with remission of the hyperthyroidism after treatment. Conclusion: serum CTnI is a valuable marker for cardiac injury in Graves' disease. |
