| 摘 要： | 58例肺心病人经传统办法加用尼莫地平治疗，疗效显著。结果显示，尼莫地平能有效，地降低肺动脉高压及肺血管阻力．减轻右心室的后负荷．增加心搏出量，改善体循环，缓解肺心痛的临床症状。

| Abstract: | The significant curative effects in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease by traditional methods and with nimodipine has been taken. The results show that nimodipine can effectively decrease pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary vascular resistance and the after-load of right ventricle, increase cardiac output, improve systemic circulation and alleviate the clinical symptoms of pulmonary heart disease. |
