广西医科大学附属中小学生窝沟封闭统计分析

目的：牙面的窝沟是牙釉质发育过程中遗留下来的薄弱结构。最易受到龋病的侵害，采用窝沟封闭，使其与口腔环境的致龋因素隔绝，阻止细菌＝食物残渣以及酸性物质进入窝沟，预防Ｈe面龋。方法：对８４６例广西医科大学附属中小学生的第一恒磨牙、第二恒磨牙、双尖牙及乳磨牙进行一次性窝沟封闭预防龋齿，使用的材料是由美国Ｃentrix公司提供的白色光固化窝沟封闭剂。结果：处理后１年以上的复查情况为：窝沟封闭剂的完全保存率为９２％，部分保存率为８％，做同体对照观察新患龋病情况，封闭组完全健康，对照组新患龋率为３.3%。结论：窝沟封闭预防Ｈe面龋是高度有效的、安全的，而且使用方便的可靠方法，值得大力推广应用。

A STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF PIT AND FISSURE SEALING OF THE TEETH IN STUDENTS OF AFFILIATED PRIMARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS,GUANGXI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

Objective:The high susceptibility of caries in the pit and fissure surfaces of the posterior teeth has been recognized for many years We apply sealant as a protective coating,preventing bacteria,food remnants and acid substances from getting into the pits and fissures Methods:846 students,aged 6~13,of the affiliated primary and middle schools,Guangxi Medical University were selected for this study Pit and fissure sealing is applied to the first permanent molars,second molars,bicuspids and deciduous molars The sealant is supplied by CENTRIX company,U S A Results:Re examination of the sealant one year or so later shows that the complete retention rate is 92%,and the partial retention rate is 8% With the same person for control observation,the teeth of the sealant group are healthy,without any newly formed caries,while the percentage of newly formed caries in the control group is 3 3% Conclusion:Successful use of pit and fissure sealant can effectively prevent occolsal surfaces caries Seslants are highly effective,safe,firm and easy to manage,and therefore,deserve recommendation and popularization
