胰岛素泵治疗30例2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的　比较常规皮下注射胰岛素与胰岛素泵 (Minimed5 0 7型 )治疗 2型糖尿病的差别。方法　对象为血糖控制不良 ,需要住院使用或调整胰岛素的糖尿病患者 ,进行自身前后对比研究。结果　胰岛素泵治疗达理想血糖控制所需的胰岛素量明显少于常规皮下注射胰岛素疗法 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而控制血糖目标值无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,均未发现副作用。结论　胰岛素泵治疗能减少胰岛素用量 ,减少高胰岛素血症。其机制可能是增加外周组织对胰岛素的敏感性。胰岛素泵是安全、有效的糖尿病强化治疗手段

EFFECTS OF INSULIN PUMP ON BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL IN 30 PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES

Objective To investingate the effective difference between conventional insulin therapy and continuous insulin by insulin pump(MiniMed 507,made in US)in patients with type 2 diabetes. Method the effect of the hospitalized patientswith type 2 diabetes,who had poor controlled blood glucose although they had been treated,were compared by self-before and afterrial. Results the dosage of insulin pumping therapy are significantly lower(p<0.05)than that ofroutine insulin therapy although both of the therapies to control blood glucoseare not significantly different(p>0.05).No side effects are found.Conclusion insulin pumping therapy decreased insulin dosang and reduced hyperinsulinimia of the patients with 2 type diabetes.The possible mechanism of insulin pumping therapy is to increase insulin sensitivity of peripheral tissues.insulin pumping therapy is a safe, effective therapeutic method as a intensive care.
