| 摘 要： | 目的观察Vitapex用于治疗感染型畸形中央尖的临床疗效。方法选择32例44颗感染型畸形中央尖患牙，用Vitapex诱导根尖形成，每3个月复诊1次，平均观察6个月至2年。结果成功23颗，进步16颗，失败5颗，总有效率为88．7％。结论Vitapex用于感染型畸形中央尖的根尖诱导成形术临床效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Vitapex used in the treatment of infected abnormal central cusp. Methods Vitapex was used to induce the apical formation in 32 cases (44 infected abnormal central cusps). They were examined at interval within 6 months to 2 years. Results 23 teeth were successful, 16 teeth were progressive, 5 teeth were failed, with effective rate of 88.7%. Conclusion Vitapex is an effective drug used in apexification of infected abnormal central cusp. |
