| 摘 要： | 目的分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术（TUR-Bt）后影响膀胱肿瘤复发的相关因素。方法应用Logistic回归方法和COX比例风险模型，对126例行TUR-Bt术的膀胱肿瘤患者的一般情况和临床特征等17项指标与复发时间进行统计分析，并绘制Kaplan-Meier复发风险曲线。结果肿瘤基底（Hr=2．825）、肿瘤分期（Hr=2．223）、肿瘤数目（Hr=2．203）和术后膀胱灌注化疗（Hr=0．465）是与TUR-Bt术后肿瘤复发显著相关的因素。结论评价TUR-Bt术后膀胱肿瘤复发情况可参考上述4个因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the recurrence-related factors in patients who have undergone transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TUR-Bt).Methods An analysis on recurrence-related factors was made by logistic regression model analysis and Cox proportional hazard model analysis in 126 patients having undergone TUR-Bt from 1993 to 2003.The factors included clinical and pathologic figures.Kaplan-Meier recurrent risk curves were finally constructed.Results The recurrence-related factors were found to be: tumor base(Hr=2.825),tumor stage (Hr=2.223),tumor number(Hr=2.203) and intravesical chemotherapeutic instillations(Hr=0.465).Conclusion The four factors should be considered to estimate the prognosis in patients after TUR-Bt. |
