| 摘 要： | 应用PMSG-hCG诱发兔黄体产生并用胶原酶-DNAase混合液分散黄体细胞方法,观察了黄体细胞存活率以及机能的变化,结果表明,该法制得的黄体细胞其存活率高达94％,孕酮分泌功能旺盛,提示黄体细胞结构完整,机能健全。可利用此细胞模型对激素的合成及影响因素加以研究。

| Abstract: | Rabbit corpus luteum of mid-phase were employed in induced PMSG-hCG and digested with DNAase-collegnase to dispersed the luteal cells.The results indicated that the survival rate was up to 94% and exuberance of progesterone production.It showes that the construction of luteal cells was intact and the function was healthful. This model could be used to research the syntheses of steroid hormone and factors of the influence. |
