| 摘 要： | 本研究以流动人口和当地社区人群为目标人群，以建立预言艾滋病弹性社区和早期预警快速反应系统（EWRRS）为目标，以参与性学习（PLA）和参与性农村评估（PRA）为主要方法，采取丰富多彩而又卓有成效的各种参与性活动，取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | The research took the mobile population and local community residents as target population and applied the participatory learning approaches (PLA), Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and other effective participatory approaches to establish the resilient community on HIV/AIDS prevention and control as well as the Early Warning Response Rapid system (EWRRS). The findings showed that the approaches were satisfied. |
