多囊卵巢综合征患者抑郁测评及相关因素初探

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS）患者抑郁症状评分及相关风险因素。方法 PCOS患者予SDS量表测评,并行人体测量学和内分泌及糖脂代谢指标测定,分析PCOS抑郁评分及相关因素。结果①PCOS患者的SDS标准分明显高于常模,差异有统计学意义;PCOS患者中27例存在明显抑郁症状;肥胖型PCOS与非肥胖型差异无统计学意义。②抑郁组PCOS患者的SDS标准分高于非抑郁组,差异有统计学意义。抑郁组PCOS患者的FSH高于非抑郁组PCOS患者,差异有统计学意义。其余内分泌代谢指标抑郁组PCOS患者与非抑郁组相比,差异无统计学意义;相关分析未提示SDS标准分与体质指数、胰岛素抵抗指数或游离雄激素指数呈相关性。结论 PCOS患者存在轻中度抑郁倾向,且与高胰岛素血症、高雄激素血症不相关;重视PCOS内分泌代谢治疗的同时,更要关注其心理健康。

Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and related factors of depression assessment

【Objective】To investigate the polycystic ovary syndrome（polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS） patients with depressive symptoms score and related risk factors.【Methods】Patients with PCOS treated with SDS scale,parallel measurements anthropometric and endocrine and metabolism of glucose and lipid,analysis of PCOS depression scale and related factors.【Resluts】PCOS patients with SDS standard scores were higher than the norm,the difference has statistical significance;PCOS patients 27 cases have obvious depressive symptoms;no significant PCOS in obese and non obese type difference.The PCOS of the patients with depression group SDS standards are higher than the non depression group,the difference has statistical significance.The depression group of patients with PCOS FSH than non depressive patients in group PCOS,the difference was statistically significant.The endocrine and metabolic indices in depression group PCOS patients compared with non depression group,no significant difference;correlation analysis showed no correlation with SDS standard body mass index,insulin resistance index or free androgen index.【Conclusion】PCOS patients have mild to moderate depression,and is not associated with hyperinsulinemia,Kaohsiung hormones;pay attention to PCOS endocrine treatment at the same time,more attention should be paid to the psychological health.
