2006-2012年山西省朔州市“削峰工程”出生缺陷监测结果分析

目的了解山西省朔州市出生缺陷发生率及变化趋势,为制定和采取干预措施提供依据。方法采用以群体为基础的监测方法,调查2006-2012年山西省朔州市出生缺陷发生率变化趋势、主要出生缺陷变化趋势。结果朔州市出生缺陷发生率由2006年的37.40/万下降到2012年的37.23/万,神经管畸形发生率由2006年的12.69/万下降到2012年的3.72/万。结论加强三级预防措施,提高产前诊断水平是降低出生缺陷发生率的有效手段。

An investigation analysis on birth defects in de-peak project from 2006 to 2012 in Shuozhou city of Shanxi province

【Objective】To understand Shuozhou incidence of birth defects and trends,to develop and provide the basis for intervention measures.【Methods】A population-based monitoring methods,survey 2006-2012 Shuozhou incidence of birth defects trends,major birth defects trends.【Resluts】The incidence rate of birth defects in the city in 2006,37.40 / ten thousand people fell to 37.23/ ten thousand people in 2012,neural tube defect rate in 2006 of 12.69 / ten thousand people fell to 3.72/ten thousand peopl in 2012.【Conclusion】Strengthening tertiary prevention measures,and improving skills of the medical wokers for prenatal diagnosis are effective measures to reduce prevalence of birth defects.
