米非司酮配伍不同剂量米索前列醇药物流产效果观察

目的:探索米非司酮配伍不同剂量米索前列醇终止早孕的最佳方案,以缩短流产出血时间。方法:将900例妊娠≤49天,要求药物终止妊娠的妇女,随机分为A组300例,米非司酮首次剂量50mg,后1次/12h,每次25mg,服用3天,于第3天晨服米索前列醇0.6mg,第4～6天早晨再各服0.2mg,总剂量为1.2mg;B组300例,米非司酮的用法相同(总量为150mg),第3天晨服米索前列醇0.6mg,隔2h再次服米索前列醇0.4mg,共2次,总剂量1.4mg;C组300例,米非司酮用法相同,第3天晨服米索前列醇0.6mg。结果:A、B、C组完全流产率分别为98.33%、97.67%和95.67%,各组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。3组出血天数分别为(9.2±2.8)天、(9.5±2.9)天和(12.8±3.2)天,A、B组与C组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),副反应比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:米非司酮配伍不同剂量米索前列醇用药可提高完全流产率,缩短药物流产出血时间,不增加副反应。

Mifepristone Combined with Different Dose of Misoprostol on Shortening Bleeding Time after Medical Abortion

Objective: To investigate the best method of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on terminating early pregnancy. Methods: Women with less than 49 days gestation were divided into three groups ( A, B, C )randomly. 300 cases in group A took mifepristone 50mg in first dose, followed by 25mg every 12 hours for 3 days. In the third day morning took misoprostol 0.6mg, and 0.2mg every morning from the fourth to sixth day; 300 cases in group B, the dosage of mifepristone is the same as group A, but took misoprostol 0.6mg in the third morning, and 0.4mg twice every 2 hours after that; 300 cases in group C, the dosage of mifepristone is the same, and took Misoprostol 0.6mg in the third morning. Result: Rate of complete abortion was 98.33%, 97.67%, 95.67% in group A, B and C respectively (P>0.05). The bleeding time of 3 groups is ( 9.2±2.8 )d, ( 9.5±2.9)d, ( 12.8±3.2 )d respectively (P<0.01). There was no significant difference among 3 groups in side effects. Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with different dosage of Misoprostol is effective on terminating early pregnancy.
