国产奥氮平治疗酒精所致精神障碍的临床观察

目的:评价奥氮平治疗酒精所致精神障碍的疗效和副反应。方法:将80例酒精所致精神障碍患者随机分为奥氮平组45例和奋乃静组35例,治疗4周后,用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评价疗效和副反应。结果:奥氮平组总有效率86.7%,奋乃静组总有效率71.4%。奥氮平的疗效优于奋乃静(P<0.05)。奥氮平组PANSS总分、阴性症状分和一般精神病理分减分率均较奋乃静组高(P均<0.05)。奥氮平组的不良反应明显少于奋乃静组。结论:奥氮平治疗酒精所致精神障碍疗效较好,副作用较少。

Clinical obsevation of Olanzapine in the treatment of mental disorders due to use of alcohol

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of Olanzapine in the treatment of mental disorders due to use of alcohol.Methods:80 patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol were randomly divided into Olanzapine group(n=45) and Perphenazine group(n=35).The efficacy and side effect were assessed with the positive and negative syndrom scale(PANSS) and the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) after 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of Olanzapine group was 86.7%,the total effective rate of Perphenazine group was 71.4%.Olanzapine is more effective than Perphenazine(P<0.05).Reduced rate of PANSS total score,negative symptoms scores and general psychopathology scores in Olanzapine group were higher than those in Perphenazine group(all P<0.05).Adverse reaction of Olanzapine group is less than that of perphenazine group.Conclusion:Olanzapine have better curative effect in the treatment of mental disorders due to use of alcohol,and fewer side effects.
