帕利哌酮缓释片与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症对照分析

目的:评价帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法:96例精神分裂症患者,按入院顺序随机分为研究组(帕利哌酮缓释片组)48例和对照组(奥氮平组)48例,进行治疗8周观察。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:研究组的治愈率和有效率分别为:58.33%、89.58%,对照组的治愈率和有效率分别为:56.25%、85.42%,两组治愈率和有效率差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后PANSS总分及各因子分比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);研究组体质量增加发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组催乳素升高发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的药物不良反应均少。结论:帕里哌酮缓释片与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效相当,不良反应较少。

A comparative study between Palipeddone sustained release tablet and Olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Paliperidone extended-release tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:According to hospitalization sequence,96 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,research group(Paliperidone extended-release tablets,n=48) and control group(Olanzapine,n=48) were treated for 8 weeks.The efficacy and safety were evaluated by positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) and treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS) respectively.Results: Totally 96 patients finished the 8-week study.The cured rate and response rate in research group were 58.33% and 89.58%,and those in control group were56.25% and 85.42%,which showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of PANSS total and each factor were statistically different before and after treatments in two groups(P<0.01).The rate of body weight in research group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The rate of hyperprolactinemia in research group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were significantly fewer side effects between the two groups.Conclusions: Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets and Olanzapine are similar in the treatment of refractory schizophrenic,with fewer side effects.
