| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年期痴呆患者行为和精神症状(BPSD)的特点和治疗措施。方法:对2008年1月至2010年12月符合CCMD-3诊断标准的44例进行分析。结果:BPSD的发生率为90.91%,其中以行为紊乱发生率最高,睡眠障碍次之。治疗多用新型抗精神病药为主。结论:住院老年期痴呆患者BPSD发生率非常高,以行为紊乱、幻觉为主,多用新型抗精神病药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the behavioral and psychological symptoms in patients with senile dementia(BPSD) the characteristics and treatment measures.Methods:On our December January 2008 ~2010 year meet the diagnostic criteria for analysis of 44 cases of CCMD-3.Results: BPSD incidence of 90.91%,with the highest incidence of behavior disorders,sleep disorders following behind.New antipsychotics for the treatment of multiplies is primary.Conclusions: Inpatients with senile dementia incidence BPSD is very high,mainly to behavior disorders,hallucinations,and more with new antipsychotic drug treatment. |
