驻岛官兵应对方式、社会支持、个性特征与睡眠质量的相关研究

目的:探讨驻岛部队官兵的睡眠质量与应对方式、社会支持、人格特征的关系。方法:应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、社会支持量表(SSRS)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对328名驻岛官兵进行调查。结果:①驻岛官兵PSQI总分为(7.88±4.42)分,睡眠问题的发生率为62.1%;②军官的睡眠质量明显好于士官和战士,而士官明显好于战士(P<0.01);③消极应对、主观支持、客观支持、EPQ-N是影响驻岛官兵睡眠质量的重要因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:培养健全的个性和积极的应对策略,提高社会支持,是改善驻岛官兵睡眠质量的重要途径。

Study on relationship between coping style,social support,personality and sleep quality in the soldiers from sea islands

Objective:To investigate relationship between coping style,social support,personality and sleep quality in the soldiers from Sea Islands.Methods:328 soldiers were assessed with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ).Results:①The scores of PSQI were 7.88±4.42,and there was sleep disorders accounting for 62.1% in the soldiers from sea islands.②The sleep quality of the officer was better than those of the soldier and the noncommissioned officer,and the sleep quality of the noncommissioned officer was better than that of the soldier(P<0.01).③The negative coping style,subjective support,objective support and EPQ-N were the important influencing factor in the soldiers from sea islands(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:To cultivate perfect character and energetic coping strategies and elevate social support are the important way to improve the sleep quality of the soldiers from sea islands.
