酒精所致精神障碍292例临床分析

目的:探讨普洱地区酒精所致精神障碍的临床特征与相关因素。方法:对2009年~2010年入院的292例酒精所致精神障碍住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:住院者以汉族、彝族、哈尼族为主,男性、文化程度低、从事重体力劳动者、有阳性家族史、经济条件差者本病发病率较高,性格外向型者较多,精神症状幻视、幻听、被害妄想、行为紊乱较多见,神经系统症状以震颤、共济失调较多见,并伴发多种躯体疾病,采取综合治疗措施疗效好,转归快,但再住院率高。结论:普洱地区酒精所致精神障碍住院者多、症状表现多样,采取综合性治疗干预效果满意’但复发问题不容忽视。

Alcohol-induced mental disorders clinical analysis of 292 cases

Objective:To investigate alcohol-induced mental disorders Pu’er region of clinical characteristics and related factors.Methods:2009 to 2010 admitted 292 cases of hospitalized patients with alcohol-induced mental disorders the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: The patient who the Han,Yi,Hani-based,male,low educational level,engaged in heavy manual workers,a positive family history,poor economic conditions were relatively high incidence of this disease,were more export-oriented personality,psychiatric symptoms visual hallucinations,auditory hallucinations,paranoia,behavioral disorders were more common,neurological symptoms of tremor,ataxia were more common,and associated with a variety of physical diseases,an integrated treatment is effective,quick outcome,but the re-hospitalization is high.Conclusions: Pu’er area hospital due to alcohol was more mental disorders,symptoms varied,and an integrated therapeutic intervention satisfactory ’but recurrence cannot be ignored.
