丹参、川芎嗪注射液联合氯沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合氯沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)临床疗效。方法:90例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为单用氯沙坦组(对照组)和氯沙坦联用丹参川芎嗪注射液(治疗组),观察治疗前后4周两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果:治疗组与对照组两组用药后FPG、餐后2小时血糖、HbA1c较用药前均有降低,治疗组较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗前后BUN、SCr差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组两组用药后SBP、DBP较用药前均有降低,治疗组较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合氯沙坦治疗早期DN疗效优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation on Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Salvia Ligustrazine and Lovastain

Objective:To observe the clinical effiency of salvia ligustrazine combined with lovastain on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:90 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treated group.FPG,2hPBG,HbA1c,SCr,SBP,DBP in the patients were observed and compared before and after treatment between the treated group by combining treatment using salvia ligustrazine and lovastain for 4 weeks,and the control group by lovastain alone.Results: The level of FPG,2hPBG,HbA1c,SBP and DBP were decreased significantly in two groups,and compared with the control group,the levels of FPG,2hPBG,HbA1c,SBP and DBP of patients in the treated group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions: Combined with salvia ligustrazine and lovastain could protect the kidney function,showing an effect better than that of using lovastain alone.
