| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭患者的心理、社会因素状况。方法:采用症状自评量表和社会支持评定量表对186例慢性心力衰竭患者进行测试,并与156例健康人作为对照,评价两组间的区别。结果:慢性心力衰竭患者躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。慢性心力衰竭患者的客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度及支持总分均低于健康对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者心理健康状况较差、社会支持低,在进行躯体治疗时应实施心理干预,并应加强社会支持以改善其临床预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the condition of mental health and social support in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:Questionnaires were performed in 186 patients with chronic heart failure and 156 healthy volunteers as control group using Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results: Somatization,depression,anxiety,and phobic anxiety of the chronic heart failure group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01 respectively).The SSRS results of subjective and objective supports,use of support and total score of social supports of the chronic heart failure group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Our results suggest that the disordered mental conditions and lower social support in patients with chronic heart failure need psychosocial interventions and social support in addition to medical care. |
