| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨度洛西汀和帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:92例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为两组。分别给予度洛西汀和帕罗西汀治疗8周,用HAMD17项评定疗效。TESS评定治疗中出现的不良反应。结果:度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效相当,且起效快。结论:度洛西汀是快速安全有效的抗抑郁药之一,可用于治疗抑郁和焦虑共病患者。

| Abstract: | Objective:Discussion of Roxie Dean and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in the efficacy and safety of.Methods:92 patients with CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria for major depression were randomly divided into two groups.Were given degree Roxie Dean and paroxetine in the treatment of 8 weeks,with(HAMD17) to evaluate the curative effect.(TESS) assess treatment-emergent adverse reaction.Results: the degree of Luoxi statin and paroxetine in the treatment of depression curative effect,and has the advantages of quick response.Conclusions: the degree of Luoxi statin is fast safe and effective antidepressant,may be used for the treatment of comorbid depression and anxiety of patients. |
