| 摘 要： | 目的:分析尺桡骨骨折后骨不连的内固定器材因素。方法:回顾性选择近几年在我院诊治的尺桡骨骨折后骨不连患者64例,比较导致该部位骨折骨不连的各种内固定器材因素构成比。结果:尺桡骨骨折后骨不连患者中存在全部或部分内固定器材因素影响者31例(48.44%),其中内固定器材选择不当12例(19.75%),内固定器材使用不当19例(29.69%)。结论:内固定器材选择及使用不当仍是尺桡骨骨折骨不连较为重要的医源性因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the effective factors of internal fixation device on bone nonunion after ulna and radius facture.Methods:A total of 64 patients with bone nonunion after ulna and radius facture were retrospectively selected to compare the effective factors of internal fixation device.Results:31(48.44%) patients with bone nonunion were caused by internal fixation device,including inappropriate selection in 12(19.75%) cases and improper usage in 19(29.69%) cases.Conclusion:Inappropriate selection and improper usage of internal fixation device are still important iatrogenic factors for bone nonunion patients after ulna and radius fracture. |
