| 摘 要： | 目的:比较齐拉西酮与奋乃静治疗精神分裂症的疗效及副作用。方法:将100例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组各50例,共治疗8周。采用精神分裂症阳性与阴性症状量表评定疗效,副反应量表评定副反应。结果:齐拉西酮的有效率为70%,奋乃静的有效率为68%,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮的总体疗效优于奋乃静,对阴性症状尤其明显。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects of Ziprasidone and Perphenazine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:100 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomiy divided into two group,treatment 8 weeks.The curative effect and adverse reactions were assessed with PANSS and TESS.Results:Ziprasidone group and Perphenazine group effective rate was 70%,68%,there were no significant differences between two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:The overall efficacy of Ziprasidone is superior to Perphenazine,especially for the negative symptom. |
