| 摘 要： | 目的 研究经导管动脉化学栓塞（TACE）联合经皮乙酸注射（PAJ）治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。资料与方法 选择52例肝癌患者，分为TACE联合PAI治疗组和单纯TACE治疗组，比较两组治疗效果。结果 联合组与单纯TACE组有效率分别为61．5％、30．8％，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），1、2年生存率分别为80．8％，61．5％；69．2％，30．8％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 与单纯TACE相比，TACE联合PAI治疗中、晚期巨块型肝癌有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of sequential therapy with TACE and PAI for hepatocellular carcinoma.Materials and Methods A total of 52 patients with HCC were enrolled. 26 patients were treated with TACE PAI and other 26 patients were treated with TACE alone, the effect of two groups was compared.Results Objective responses (CR PR) were achieved in 16 of 26 (61.5%) patients in the TACE PAI group compared with 8 of 26 (30.8%) in the TACE group (P< 0.05). The 1, 2 year survival rate of TACE PAI group and TACE alone group was 80.8%, 61.5%; 69.2%, 30.8% respectively (P<0.01).Conclusion Sequential therapy with TACE and PAI is superior to TACE alone for patients with large HCC. |
