外科治疗重症肌无力的围手术期处理

自1984年11月至1993年6月，采用经胸骨正中切口行扩大胸腺切除术治疗重症肌无力11例。年龄24～48岁。术后并发呼衰1例，急性肾上腺皮质功能不全1例，气胸1例。对病情严重者于扩大胸腺切除术后时吸功能的支持，围手术期药物的应用，手术时机选择及有关围手术期处理问题作了重点讨论。

Management around Pre-And Postoperative Period in Surgical Treatment for Myasthenia Gravis

From November 1984 to June 1993,eleven patients with myasthenia gravis underwet extended thymectomy through mid-sternal in ision The age ranged form 24 to 48 yeans old The postoperative complicatins were :Respiratoryfailure in l case, acute hypoadrenocorticism in I case, pneumothorax in I case. Discussions were made on severe myasthenia gravis after extended thymectomy in predicution of the need for postoperative mechanical ventilation in drugs use and in choice of operative time.
