失眠症患者睡眠质量与社会支持的相关分析

目的　探讨失眠症患者睡眠质量和社会支持 ,并分析二者的关系。方法　采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI)、社会支持评定量表 (SSRS)对失眠症患者和正常健康者各 5 0例进行评定。结果　患者组睡眠质量与对照组相比 ,差异有高度显著性(P <0 0 1 ) ;患者组社会支持总分、主观支持分和对支持利用度显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。相关分析发现 ,患者组睡眠质量与社会支持总分呈负相关 (P =0 0 34) ,与支持利用度呈高度负相关 (P =0 0 0 3) ;睡眠时间、睡眠障碍和催眠药应用与支持利用度呈负相关 (P =0 0 35 ,0 0 32 ,0 0 1 8) ;睡眠质量总分与支持利用度呈高度负相关 (P =0 0 0 0 )。结论　失眠症患者睡眠质量差 ,社会支持低 ,二者存在一定的关系

Research on relationship between sleep quality and social support of patients with insomnia

Objective To explore the sleep quality and social support of patients with insomnia and their relationship.Methods 50 patients of insomnia and 50 normal controls were assessed with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results There were significant differences of sleep quality between the patients with insomnia and the normal controls.There were significant differences of the total scores of SSRS,the scores of subjective support and use for support of SSRS between the patients with insomnia and the normal controls.The correlation analysis showed that the sleep quality scores of PSQI were negatively related to the total scores and were significant negatively related to the use for support scores of SSRS in patients with insomnia.The sleep duration scores,the sleep disturbance scores and used sleep medication scores of SSRS in patients with insommnia.The total scores of PSQI were significantly negatively related to the use for support scores of SSRS in patients with insomnia.Conclusions Patients with insomnia have bad sleep quality and low social support.The study shows that sleep quality correlats with social support.
