| 摘 要： | 目的:观察阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组54例用阿奇霉素治疗,对照组46例用红霉素治疗,观察2种方案的治疗效果。结果:两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:2种方案均能有效控制症状,使肺炎支原体消失,但阿奇霉素疗程短,不良反应少。阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎是一种安全有效的治疗方案。
