张仲景应用桂枝探讨

摘    要:桂枝味辛、甘,气温,味辛则能行能散,味甘则补,气温则能胜寒。辛温相合,则发散风寒,温行温通经脉气血。甘温相合,则温补阳气。辛甘温相合,则扶正祛邪,即温补阳气而祛风寒、行气血、通经脉。概言桂枝的基本功能唯三:发散,温阳,温通。桂枝被广泛地应用于临床,都是借助于其三个基本功能,或属于某一个基本功能的单独发挥和延伸,或属于几个基本功能组合的共同发挥和延伸。

Abstract:Cinnamomum ramulus has sweet and pungent flavor and warm property.It has three fundermantal functions: warming and tonifying yang-qi to remove cold and wind pathogens,circulating qi and blood,dredging meridians and colleterals.Cinnamo-mum ramulus has been widely used in clinic,based on its three basic functions,or the single role and extension of one basic function,or the combined role and extension of a few basic functions.
