甘油三酯水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系

目的探讨甘油三酯（TG）对冠心病（CHD）患者冠状动脉狭窄严重程度及血管病变范围的影响。方法对行经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）术并植入金属支架的1367例患者按TG测定结果分为三组：I组TG〈1．70mmol／L（n=748），Ⅱ组TG≥1．70mmol／L、≤2．25mmol／L（n=279），Ⅲ组TG≥2．26mmol／L（n=340），分析各组冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的严重程度。结果三组患者的年龄、合并糖尿病的比例差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），TG水平越高、年龄越轻，合并糖尿病的比例越高，I组患者既往心肌梗死患病率高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组（P〈0．05）；三组间的TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、非HDL—C、空腹血糖差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）差异无统计学意义（P〉0．5）；三组患者的病变血管范围、冠状动脉病变狭窄严重程度差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论TG水平对CHD患者冠状动脉狭窄严重程度及病变血管范围无影响，不是CHD严重程度的决定性因素。

Clinical Study on Triglyceride and Severity of Coronary Arteriosclerosis Lesion

Objective To evaluate the impact of triglyceride on severity of coronary artery stenosis and the extent of coronary artery.Methods 1.We retrospectively analyzed 1367 records of patients who implanted metal stents.We divided the patients into three groups according to TG results:I group(plasma TG<1.70 mmol/L,n=748),Ⅱgroup(Plasma 1.70 mmol/L≤TG≤2.25 mmol/L,n=279),Ⅲ group(TGI≥2.26 mmoL/L,n=340);All statistical analysis were performed with SPSS,version 11.5.Results There were significant differences between the three groups in age and merge diabetes proportion(P<0.05).The TG level is higher,the age to be smaller,merges diabetes proportion to he higher.The Ⅰ group of patients with previous myocardial infarction prevalence rate is higher than theⅡ、Ⅲ group(P=0.030);There were significant differences between the three groups in TC、LDL-C、nonHDL-C and fasting glucose(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the three groups in HDL-C(P=0.149);3.There were no significant difference between the three groups in severity of coronary artery stenosis and regarding the extent of coronary artery(P>0.05).Conclusions There were no significant difference between the three groups in severity of coronary artery stenosis and regarding the extent of coronary artery.TG isn't the determiner on severity of CHD.
