| Abstract: | Duplication of systemic organs is not a frequent finding. We report the occurrence of duplication of the hepatopancreatic bud with presence of mature hepatic and pancreatic tissue in a nine-day-old girl who presented with intestinal obstruction mimicking infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. |
