nm23-H1基因与子宫内膜癌的关系

目的：研究nm23-H1基因在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与临床病理学参数的关系。方法：用LSAB免疫组化法检测48例子宫内膜癌中nm23-H1的表达。结果：nm23-H1在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率为60．42％（腺癌69.23％，其它类型22．22％，P＜0．05），与临床分期（P＜0．05）和病理分级（P＜0．01）呈负相关，无淋巴结转移者阳性表达率明显高于有淋巴结转移者（70％和25％，P＜0．05），与肌层浸润无相关性。结论：nm23-H1基因与子宫内膜癌的组织类型、临床分期及病理分级有明显相关性，并在肿瘤转移过程中起着非常重要的作用。

STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NM23-H1 GENE AND ENDOMETRIAL CARCINOMA

Objective: To observe the expression of nm23-H1 gene in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological parameter. Methods: Expression of nm23-H1 was examined by immunohistochemistry (LSAB) in 48 endometrial carcinoma patients. Results: Of 48 patients' tests, 2960. 42%) showed positive staining. The positive staining rate was higher in adenocarcinoma (69. 23%)than in the other types (22. 22%, P<0. 05). The expression of nm23-H1 gene was significantly correlated with clinical stage (P<0. 05) and pathological grade (P<0. 01). The positive expression rate ofthe tumors without lymph node metastasis was higher than that of the tumors with lymph node metastasis (70% and 25%, respectively, P<0. 05). Expression of nm23-H1 was not correlated with myometrial invasion. Conclusion: The expression of nm23-H1 gene was significantly correlated with histological subtype, pathological grade, clinical stage of endometrial carcinoma. It may play an important rolein the metastasis of neoplasms.
