| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗进展期胃癌的最佳治疗方案.方法将90例组织学证实的进展期胃癌随机分为3组A组采用EAP方案,B组采用ELFP方案,C组采用ALFP方案.结果三组CR率、RR率差异均无显著性(P>0.05),A组方案副作用大,B组方案最为温和.结论药物治疗进展期胃癌应遵循个体化原则,注意支持及对症治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the optimum chemotherapeutic protocols for higher CR rate and RR rate in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Ninety patients with pathological advanced gastric cancer were tried randomly with EAP, ELEP and ALFP protocols.Results:CR rate and RR rate are similar in all of the groups.Conclusions:Individual principle is the first importaut.Supporting and symptomatic treatment are essential in the chemotherapy treatment of advanced gastric cancer. |
