| 摘 要： | 为进一步探讨彩色多普勒超声血流显像（CDFI）对骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的临床应用价值，对64例骨折术后DVT患者的表现、声像图特点及急慢性血栓分布情况进行分析探讨。发现41例急性血栓多发生于髂股静脉，23例慢性血栓多发生于Guo及胫后静脉，且具有 显著性差异（P＜0．01）。 血栓发生于左侧肢体49例，右侧肢体13例，双侧肢体2例，左右侧之比为3．4：1。CDFI对DVT的诊断具有很高的敏感性 和特异性，且无创伤性，可作为骨折术后DVT的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | The aim of the paper is to further study the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasonic flow image (CDFI) to lower-limb deep venous thrombosis after fracture surgery (DVT). The clinical manifestations, acoustic image characteristics and acute or chronic thrombus distribution were analyzed and studied in 64 cases of DVT. It was found that 41 cases of acute thrombosis occurred mostly in the iliofemoral vein, while 23 cases of chronic one occurred in the popiteal and posterior tibial veins with a significant difference (P < 0.01). Thrombosis occurred in the left extremity in 49 cases and in the right extremity in 13 cases with a ratio of 3.4:1; it occurred in the bilateral extremities only in 2 cases. CDFI may be regarded as the first selected examination method for DVT because of its high sensitivity and specificity to the diagnosis of DVT but with no injury. |
