aurora-A基因在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义

目的：检测卵巢癌aurora-A基因扩增和蛋白表达特性，探讨aurora-A基因在卵巢癌发生发展及转归过程中的作用。方法：应用定量RT-PCR法检测aurora-A基因在6例正常卵巢及8例卵巢癌组织中的扩增情况，用免疫组化法检测aurora-A蛋白在6例正常卵巢及40例卵巢癌组织中的表达，并分析卵巢癌aurora-A蛋白过度表达与其病理分型、组织分化、临床分期、肿瘤增殖活性和预后之间的关联性。结果：定量RT-PCR检测表明，与正常卵巢对比，8例卵巢癌aurora-A基因的mRNA表达量明显增高（P<0.005）；免疫组化结果显示，aurora-A蛋白在6例正常卵巢组织中均呈阴性表达，在23例（57.5%）卵巢癌组织中呈阳性表达，且aurora-A蛋白表达增高与卵巢癌临床分期、肿瘤增殖活性及预后有关联性（P<0.05），而与卵巢癌的病理分型和组织分化无明显关联性（P>0.05）。结论：卵巢癌组织存在aurora-A基因异常扩增和蛋白过度表达，aurora-A可能在卵巢癌的发生发展过程中起着重要的促进作用，针对aurora-A基因及蛋白的生物治疗有可能成为肿瘤治疗的有效途径。 ［关键词］ ［中图分类号］ ［文献标识码］ A Expression of aurora-A gene in ovarian cancer tissue and itsclinicopathologic signif () Abstract:
