保留十二指肠胰头切除术——附2例报告

目的 :探讨保留十二指肠胰头切除术的适应证和方法。方法 :手术过程中保留胰十二指肠动脉右后侧支 ,切除胰头时 ,尽可能保留十二指肠框内筋膜的完整性 ,避免胰十二指肠下后动脉不致损伤。结果 :2例胰头部慢性良性病变的病人成功地施行了保留十二指肠胰头切除术 ,术后恢复良好。结论 :施行本术式的优点是保留十二指肠及胆道的完整性和生理功能 ,极大地降低了手术创伤和切除范围 ,有利于术后病人生存质量的提高与改善

Resection of Head of Pancreas Duodenum-Retaining

Objective: To study indications and methods of head of pancreas resection duodenum retaining. Methods: The integrity of right posterior branch of duodenal pancreas artery and duodenum frame fascia was retained. Results: Head of pancreas resection duodenum retaining was successfully operated on two patients with chronic benign symptom of head of pancreas. These post operative patients recovered better through 5 years follow up. Conclusion: This operation retains the physiological function of stomach, duodenum and bile duct, greatly decreases surgical injury, reduces resection extent, and is beneficial to improve the living quality of post operative patients.
