感染性心内膜炎的临床表现与超声心动图诊断

对40例感染性心内膜炎（IE）患者的临床资料进行分析，结果显示，采用超声心动图检查能检出瓣膜赘生物者38例（95％），血培养阳性者仅8例（20％），发热和栓塞的发生率分别为55％和30％。瓣膜赘生物多发生于左心系统（37例），尤以主动脉瓣多见（22例）。8例血培养阳性者以金黄色葡萄球菌多见（3例），草绿色链球菌已降为从属地位（1例）。瓣膜返流、心力衰竭和栓塞是1E最常见的并发症。

Clinical features and echocardiographic findings of the patients with infective endocardittis

The clinical informations of 40 patients with infective endocardittis were analysed. The results showed:In 38 cases(95%) the valvular vegetation could be detected by echocardiography, but only in 8 cases (20% )the blood bacterial culture was positive. The incidences of fever and embolism were 55% and 30%,respectively. In this group of patient. most of valvar vegetations were seen in left heart (37/38),especially in aortic valve(22/38). Among 8 cases with Positive blood culture,staphylococcus anreus was seen in 3 cases,but streptococcus viridans only in 1 case. The most common complications in this group of patient were valvular regurgitation,heart failure and embolism.
