| 摘 要： | 目的探讨320排CT容积扫描在心律失常患者冠状动脉血管成像中的可行性及图像质量。方法实验组心律失常29例及对照组心律正常40例行320排CT容积扫描,评价各段冠状动脉的图像质量,分析心律失常对图像质量的影响。结果 69例患者共评价冠状动脉血管754段,心率<65次/min及心率≥65次/min时,心律整齐和心律失常图像质量分布无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论心律失常患者行冠状动脉血管成像具有可行性,心律失常患者可以不作为检查的禁忌征,扩大了冠状动脉血管成像的应用范围。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility and the image quality of 320-detector row CT coronary angiography in patients with arrhythmia. Methods 29 cases with arrhythmia and 40 cases without arrhythmia for control group underwent 320-detector CT coronary angiography, the image quality was evaluated and the effect of an＇hythmia on image quality was analyzed. Results 69 cases of patients with total 754 coronary segments were evaluated. There was no statistically significant difference between the two subgroups with and without an＇hythmia（P 〈 0.05） when heart-rate was below or above 65bpm. Conclusion 320-detector row CT coronary angiography is feasible in patients with arrhythmia. Arrhythmia may not be considered as a contraindication to CTCA, Which expend the applied range of CTCA. |
