CT诊断中心型肺癌的准确性及MRI补充诊断的意义

摘    要:目的回顾性分析中心型肺癌螺旋CT表现特征,探讨其诊断的准确性与高场强MRI诊断中心型肺癌之间的关系。方法对50例经纤支镜活检或手术切除并经病理证实且行螺旋CT和高场强MRI扫描的中心型肺癌病灶进行回顾性分析,对CT和MRI的影像结果进行对照分析。结果 CT正确诊断41例,误诊4例,漏诊5例,准确率为82%,MRI补充诊断出5例,CT+MRI共正确诊断46例,误诊1例,漏诊3例,准确率达92%;CT误诊的4例中3例为隐形癌,MRI补充诊断中误诊1例也为隐形癌。结论 CT诊断中心型肺癌的准确性高,是目前诊断中心型肺癌的首选方法,MRI诊断也有其补充意义,两者相互结合可以提高诊断的准确率。

Veracity of Using CT to Diagnose Centraltype Lung Cancer and the Value of Adopting MRI as Additional Diagnosis

Abstract:Objective Retrospective analysis of Central type hmg cancer with spiral CT characteristics, exploring the accuracy of diagnosis and relationship between high field MRI diagnosis of Central lung cancer. Method On the 50 cases or branchofiberoscope biopsy or surgical resection and confirmed by pathology and Center high field MRI and spiral CT scanning for lung cancer lesions: a retrospective analysis, comparative analysis of the results of CT and MRI images. Results CT correctly diagnosed in 41 cases, 4 cases of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of 5 cases of accuracy for 82%, MRI Supplement 5 cases diagnosed, CT+MRI correctly diagnosed a total of 46 cases, 1 case of misdiagnosis and missed 3 cases, accuracy up to 92%; CT 4 cases 3 cases of misdiagnosis of hidden cancer, 1 case of misdiagnosis of MRI diagnosis in a supplementary for invisible cancer. Conclusion CT diagnosis of Central lung cancer with high accuracy, is the preferred method for diagnosis of Central lung cancer, MRI diagnostic also has an added value, combining the two can improve diagnostic accuracy.
