川芎提取工艺的优化

摘    要:目的:研究川芎中有效成分阿魏酸及藁本内酯的最佳提取条件。方法:以HPLC为含量测定方法,采用重复-正交实验法,以乙醇浓度(A)、溶剂量(B)、提取时间(C)和提取次数(D)4个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行实验,经工艺验证,最后确定提取工艺。结果:因素A、D对阿魏酸的含量有显著影响。因素A、C、D对藁本内酯的含量有极显著影响。结论:80%乙醇10倍量,回流提取3次,每次1.0h为阿魏酸、藁本内酯较佳提取条件。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Ferulic Acid and Ligustilide in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.Method:The optimum extraction was investigated by the orthogonal design,Ferulic Acid and Ligustilide determined by HPLC,the concentration of ethanol,amount of ethanol,extraction time and extraction times were the four factors in the experiment.Results:The optimum extraction process was adding 10 times amount of 80% alcohol,refluxing and extraction for 3 times,1h each time.Conclution:This extraction process shows higher yield of Ferulic acid and ligustilide and is available for industrial production.
