| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药复方顽疣净的免疫药效学,观察该药对小鼠免疫器官(脾脏、胰腺)、淋巴细胞的影响。方法采用昆明种小鼠,分为正常对照组、香菇多糖对照组和顽疣净小、中、大剂量组。结果中等剂量的顽疣净能增加脾脏指数,与正常对照组比较P<0.05,顽疣净中、大剂量组均能提高淋巴细胞转化率,与正常对照组比较P<0.05,P<0.01。结论顽疣净对细胞免疫功能有一定的增强作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe Wanyoujing decoction's effect on the immune organs(spleen,pancreas) and lymphocytes in mice.Methods: Kunming strain mice were used and divided into the following groups: Wanyoujing groups(large,middle and small doses),mushroom polysaccharide group and normal control.Results: Middle does of Wanyoujing could increase spleen index(P<0.05),increase lymphocyte blastogenesis rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wanyoujing decoction had the effect to increase cellular immune function in mice. |
