鼻内镜辅助微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效观察

目的观察鼻内镜辅助微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选择2008年2月—2013年8月我院收治的高血压脑出血患者40例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组患者给予传统开颅手术进行治疗,观察组患者给予鼻内镜辅助微创手术进行治疗,术后1个月和6个月观察两组患者临床疗效。结果术后1个月观察组优良率为70.0%,高于对照组的37.5%;术后6个月观察组优良率为75.0%,高于对照组的42.5%(P0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助微创手术治疗高血压脑出血临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Nasal Endoscope-assisted Minimally Invasive Operation on Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscope - assisted minimally invasive operation on hyperten- sive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected in our hospital from February 2008 to August 2013, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each. Patients of control group were treated with traditional craniotomy, while patients of observation group were treated with nasal endoscope - assisted minimally invasive operation. Effect between the two groups were compared 1 month and 6 months after opera- tion. Results The excellent and good rate of observation group was 70. 0% 1 month after operation, was higher than that of con- trol group of 37.5% （P 〈0.05）. The excellent and good rate of observation group was 75.0% 6 months after operation, was higher than that of control group of 42. 5% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nasal endoscope - assisted minimally invasive operation is effective on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, is worthy of being widely used.
