硝苯地平不同用药方案治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床疗效观察

目的观察硝苯地平不同用药方案治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2011年3月—2014年3月上栗县妇幼保健院收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者118例,按照不同用药方案分为长效组61例和短效组57例。长效组患者口服硝苯地平缓释片治疗,短效组患者口服短效硝苯地平片治疗,均连续服用7 d为1个疗程。比较两组患者治疗2个疗程后临床疗效、分娩方式及妊娠结局,并观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个疗程后,长效组总有效率为95.1%,高于短效组的82.5%(P0.05)。长效组患者剖宫产率(18.0%)低于短效组(35.1%)、胎儿窘迫发生率(8.2%)低于短效组(21.1%)(P0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率(8.2%比10.5%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论长效硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征在降压、降低剖宫产率及改善妊娠结局方面优于短效硝苯地平。

Curative Effect of Different Drug Programs of Nifedipine on Pregnancy - induced Hypertension

Objective To observe the curative effect of different drug programs of nifedipine on pregnancy - induced hypertension. Methods A total of 1 I8 patients with pregnancy -induced hypertension were selected in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shangli County from March 2011 to March 2014, and they were divided into groups A （ n = 61 ） and B （ n = 57） according to drug programs of nifedipine. A group given oral extended release nifedipine tablets, B group given short - acting nifedipine tablets, both groups treated for 7 days as a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, curative effect, delivery mode, pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups, and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was ob- served. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of A group was 95. 1%, was higher than that of B group of 82.5 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cesarean delivery rate of A group was 18. 0% , was lower than that of control group of 35. 1% （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the incidence of fetal distress of A group was 8. 2% , was lower than that of control group of 21.1% （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of A group was 8.2%, that of B group was 10.5%, the difference was not significandy different （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Extended release nifedipine tablets has better curative effect in reducing blond pressure, cesarean de- livery rate and improving pregnancy outcome than short - acting nifedipine tablets in treating patients with pregnancy - induced hy- pertension.
