接种卡介苗婴幼儿家长健康教育信息需求调查

目的：对接种卡介苗的婴幼儿家长进行健康教育信息需求的调查,为提高本地区卡介苗接种普及率和成功率提供理论依据.方法：2014年1月至6月我所对接种卡介苗的婴幼儿家长进行调查,发放自填式问卷调查表.结果：在调查的100位接种卡介苗婴幼儿家长中对卡介苗相关知识掌握度不够高,仅为80.40％;尤其居住农村,文化水平较低的家长,其知晓率较低;所掌握知识主要来源于医护人员、电视、网络的宣传;最希望获取知识的途径是卫生机构和新闻媒体的宣传.结论：医护人员讲解结合卫生机构制作的育儿手册,是家长容易接受的健康教育方式.对于文化程度低及居住在农村或外来人口的家长,应加强接种知识的宣传.家长们希望得到卫生机构的指导和新闻媒体的宣传.

Investigation of BCG Vaccination Infants Parents Demand on Health Education Information

Objective： To investigate BCG vaccination infants parents demand on health education information, to provide the theoretical basis for improving the local area for BCG vaccination rate and success rate. Method： Self-administered questionnaire form was used to investigate BCG vaccination infants parents demand on health education information from Jan 2014 to Jun 2014. Results： Only 80. 40% baby parents with little knowledge about BCG vaccination in 100 investigated baby parents. Specially baby parents in rural area and without too much school education. They were with very little knowledge on BCG vaccination, and their limited knowledge on BCG vaccination was from publicity of medical personnel, TV or internet. Conclusions ： The best effective healthy education method is medical personnels＇ introduction, also included child rearing manual made by Medical Institutions. The medical personnel should enhance the publicity on BCG knowledge on those baby parents, who are with little BCG knowledge but eager to get guide from medical institutions and media publicity.
