依那普利联合川芎嗪治疗肺源性心脏病急性加重期的临床疗效观察

目的观察依那普利联合川芎嗪治疗肺源性心脏病(肺心病)急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2014年4月都昌县人民医院收治的肺心病急性加重期患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者给予依那普利治疗,观察组给予依那普利联合川芎嗪治疗,均治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度及红细胞比容比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组患者上述指标均低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为89.7%,高于对照组的69.2%(P0.05)。结论依那普利联合川芎嗪治疗肺心病急性加重期疗效确切,可有效改善患者血液流变学和心肺功能。

Clinical Effect of Enalapril Combined with Ligustrazine on Acute Exacerbation of Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enalapril combined with ligustrazine on acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease. Methods From January 2013 to April 2014, a toeal of 78 patients with acute exacerbation of pulmona- ry heart disease in the People＇s Hospital of Duehang County were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups given conventional therapy, and control group giver extra enalapril, while observation group giv- e~ extra enalapril combined with ligustrazine, both groups treated for 2 weeks. Hemodynamie index befare .and after treatment, clinical effect between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant differences of plasma viscosity, whole bleod viscosity and hematoerit value between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉0. 05 ） ; but above index ~ observation group were lower than those of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of observation group was 89.7%, was higher than that of control group of 69. 2% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Enalapril combined with ligustrazine has certain clinical effect on a- cute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease, can improve heart function, lung function and hemorheology.
